The UEFA Champions League group stage draw has been held for the 20/21 season. Ajax ended up in group D with Liverpool FC, Atalanta Bergamo and FC Midtjylland.
A lot of Dutch players will face Ajax in this edition of the UCL: a lot of familiar faces for most Ajax fans. Virgil van Dijk and Georginio Wijnaldum of Liverpool, as well as Sam Lammers, Marten de Roon, Hans Hateboer and Robin Gosens of Atalanta will be paying the Johan Cruijff ArenA a visit.
Fixture dates are still to follow. The admittance of spectators to these matches is still uncertain, yet unlikely.
